When the way our life is working isn’t working, we have to turn to another solution. We look to God’s design for our bodies, minds and souls. It occurs in the Creation account (Genesis 2:1-3) and is repeatedly emphasized in the book of Exodus. God created us to rest, and He offers this through Jesus Christ (Matthew 11:28-30).
