People who abuse substances are sometimes taken to jail and put into what are called "drunk tanks" when the police are called. Is there possibly a better way towards redemption and healing of people? In our society there's also raging debate between the tougher sentences approach and the abolishing of prisons. Also, some are asking, should the Indigenous people in Canada have their own police force?
