Troubled hearts. We so readily have this happen to us. This also happened to the first disciples of Jesus as their hearts were troubled with Jesus' impending leaving. Jesus offers them and us, words of hope. Three times in these 6 verses, He says "I am". His character is good and He invites us to trust Him.
