We love stories of finding treasure. Jesus tells two quick parables about treasure-seekers. One who stumbles upon treasure and the other who diligently seeks after it. Both sell everything to claim this treasure. In light of Jesus incredible sacrifice for us, true disciples of Jesus’ recognize the value of what Jesus has done for us.
