We Value:

Grace  We celebrate the grace of God in our lives, which allows us to live in freedom. By our words and actions, we show grace to others and are building a community of acceptance and forgiveness.

Sovereignty of God  We’re not trying to builf our own empires – we recognize that God is King. We follow His direction for our lives and our church and we live under His Lordship.

God’s Word We believe what the Bible says goes. The Bible is God's Word and has the power to change lives. We value teaching based on His Word and want to learn what it means for our lives.

Holy Spirit Power  We believe God’s Holy Spirit lives in us and can do amazing things. We want to experience everything He has to offer and follow His direction in our lives.

Prayer  Prayer is how we discover what God wants for our lives. Prayer refreshes us and keeps us in tune with the Holy Spirit and His power and blessings.

External Focus  We want to be part of what God is doing in the world and in our community by reaching out to those who don’t know God and to the marginalized, the hurting and the poor.

Transformation  Jesus wants us to come as we are – but not to stay that way. We believe we should always be changing as we become more like Jesus, and we should help and encourage others who are trying to do the same thing.

Healthy Relationships  We want to be a community of healthy relationships in which we love, honour, respect and encourage each other. We value putting each other first, being accountable to each other and always being honest with each other.

Authenticity  God doesn’t want phonies – and He sees right through them anyway. We want to be real and authentic in our relationships with other and with God.

Generosity  God has been good to us, and we want to be good to others! We encourage generosity in our community so that no one is in need.

Gift-based Ministry  God has given each one of us special gifts and abilities, and we encourage everyone to use those gifts to serve others. We believe the Holy Spirit will be able to do the most in our community when everyone is actively involved and using their gifts.

Creativity  God is creative (just look at the world around us!) and gave us the gifts of creativity and innovation. We want to use those gifts to help others and to tell the world about God’s love for them.

Quality  We believe no one’s perfect, but that we should still do our best in everything we do – doing everything as if we’re doing it for God.
